Utraula: The Sugarcane Development Department has announced that the Satta Pradarshan Mela for the 2026-27 sugarcane crushing season will be held from September 21 to 27 at the Utraula Cooperative Sugarcane Development Society premises. The camp will provide sugarcane farmers with an opportunity to check their survey and supply records and submit objections or corrections before the records are finalised.
According to the information issued by the District Cane Officer, farmers can visit the society office during the scheduled period to verify details related to their sugarcane survey and satta records. Farmers have been advised to carefully check the recorded area under sugarcane, varieties, satta details and other relevant information to identify any discrepancies. 
The department has appealed to farmers to submit written objections at the committee office if they find any errors in their records. Farmers are expected to bring the necessary information and documents while seeking corrections so that discrepancies can be addressed within the designated period.
The Secretary of the Utraula Cooperative Sugarcane Development Society said the camp would be the final opportunity for farmers to get corrections made after completion of the village-wise survey and satta display process. Once the objection period ends, the sugarcane calendar for the 2026-27 crushing season will be finalised.
No objections will be accepted after the deadline, making it important for farmers to verify their records within the specified period. The department has therefore urged sugarcane growers to check their records carefully and submit any necessary corrections or objections between September 21 and 27.
The initiative is aimed at ensuring that farmers' sugarcane survey and supply-related records are accurate before the start of the 2026-27 crushing season. Farmers with discrepancies in their recorded sugarcane area, variety, satta or other details can use the camp to seek necessary corrections before the final sugarcane calendar is prepared
