Shree Renuka Sugars Limited has accepted the resignation of Vijendra Singh from his positions as Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Dy. CEO). His resignation will take effect at the close of working hours on August 31, 2026, as he steps down to pursue new professional opportunities outside the company.
The company informed the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE Limited about the resignation on August 5, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The disclosure was also made in accordance with the relevant SEBI circular issued on January 30, 2026.
Singh submitted his resignation letter dated June 1, 2026, stating that he intends to pursue other professional opportunities. He also confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than his decision to explore career opportunities outside Shree Renuka Sugars.
Singh, who holds Director Identification Number (DIN) 03537522, requested the company’s Board of Directors to formally record his resignation and complete the necessary statutory and regulatory filings. He also expressed his appreciation to the Board, senior management and employees for their support and cooperation during his tenure with the company.
The resignation marks a change in the senior management leadership of Shree Renuka Sugars, one of India’s prominent sugar and ethanol producers. The company is involved in sugar production, ethanol manufacturing and other related businesses, making the change relevant to the broader sugar and biofuel industry.
