Man from UP Sends 1,000 Kg Jaggery to Ayodhya for Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha, Plans Additional 10,100 Kg

Spirit of Devotion: Generous Contributions of Jaggery and a Monumental Laddu for Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha

In anticipation of the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha, Satya Prakash Reshu, a social worker from Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, has dispatched 1,000 kg of jaggery to Ayodhya. Expressing his commitment, Satya Prakash plans to send an additional 101 quintals (10,100 kg approx.) on Thursday, as reported by India Today.

Satya Prakash shared that the jaggery will serve as prasad during the auspicious occasion and will be distributed among devotees present in Ayodhya. Emphasizing the significance of jaggery in traditional rituals, he stated that it holds versatility and can be mixed with kheer, tea, milk, and halwa.

In a parallel gesture, Nagabhushan Reddy, a resident of Hyderabad, crafted a colossal 1,265 kg laddu for the Ram Mandir. This mammoth sweet offering is intended to be presented at the temple and will make its journey from Hyderabad to Ayodhya in a refrigerated box. Nagabhushan Reddy, the owner of Shree Ram Catering, initiated this daily ritual of offering 1 kg laddu from the day of the Bhoomi Pooja to the temple’s opening.

With around 30 people working continuously for 24 hours, this grand laddu creation required meticulous effort and will commence its road journey from Hyderabad on January 17. Nagabhushan Reddy highlighted the dedication involved, with 4 hours alone dedicated to assembling the laddu.”
