In Bijnor, a ceremony was held to increase the capacity of the Aasavni unit of Uttam Sugar Mill from 150 kiloliters to 250 kiloliters. The director of the mill inaugurated the expansion by cutting a ribbon and pressing the unit’s energy button with enthusiasm.
To mark the occasion, a special ceremony was conducted at the Aasavni unit in Barkatpur, with religious rituals performed by Pandit Rajendra Sharma and Pandit Kapil Sharma. The Managing Director of the mill, Rajkumar Adlakha, along with Jay Adlakha, Narpat Singh (Joint Chairman of the mill), and J.P. Tripathi (Vice Chairman of Aasavni Group) jointly initiated the capacity expansion by cutting the ribbon.
Rajkumar Adlakha, the Managing Director, expressed that this capacity expansion will encourage investment in the region, leading to development and job opportunities. Narpat Singh, the Joint Chairman, highlighted the significance of the increased capacity for the development of local farmers.
Various officials and employees of the mill, including Shankar Lal Sharma (Additional Director), D.P. Maheshwari, Shyam Kamal (Assistant Excise Commissioner), S.L. Sharma, R.P. Joshi, Dheeraj Tiwari, Atendra Sharma, Atul Kumar, Kuldeep Singh, Akhilesh Gupta, Manoj Kumar, Arjun Kaushik, and Gaurav Kumar, attended the event.
