The Kisan Cooperative Sugar Mill Limited, Anupshahr, located in Jahangirabad area of Bulandshahr, has provided major relief to sugarcane farmers during the 2025–26 crushing season. The mill management has so far transferred a total of ₹62.54 crore directly into the bank accounts of 14,447 sugarcane-supplying farmers.
According to General Manager Himanshu Gupta, the full payment for sugarcane supplied up to December 2025 has been successfully credited to farmers’ bank accounts. As of January 13, 2026, the entire amount of ₹62.54 crore has been paid through direct bank transfers.
Secretary and General Manager Himanshu Kumar Gupta stated that the sugar mill is fully committed to making timely payments to farmers. He emphasized that the mill’s priority is to ensure that farmers do not face any financial difficulties.
He also appealed to sugarcane growers to cooperate with the mill by supplying clean, high-quality cane free from roots, leaves, and unwanted waste at the mill and all external cane purchase centers. The mill management has assured farmers that sugarcane payments will continue to be made on time in the future as well.
